Pada tanggal 17 November 2008, bertempat di Istana Presiden, Prezidentura, Old Town, Vilnius, Bapak Duta Besar RI untuk Kerajaan Denmark merangkap Republik Lithuania, Abdul Rahman Saleh menyerahkan Surat-Surat Kepercayaan kepada Presiden Lithuania, Valdas Adamkus.
